Garage Inspections
Anthony Accardo P.E. is a qualified parking structure inspector (QPSI) as designated by the New York City Department of Buildings.

Accardo Engineering PLLC performs Initial Assessments, reports and full garage assessment reports per the NYC Department of Building’s Periodic Inspection of Parking Structure (PIPS) as required by NYC Building Code.

Accardo Engineering PLLC prepares drawings and specifications for garage repair. We also provide Construction Phase Services during garage repair projects.
FISP Inspections & Reports
Accardo Engineering PLLC performs exterior façade inspections per the NYC Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP) and files required reports with the NYC Department of Buildings.
Building Inspections
Accardo Engineering PLLC performs inspections of both residential and commercial buildings of all sizes. The purpose of these inspections is to provide our client with detailed information regarding the condition of structural, waterproofing, façade elements, etc.
Conditions Survey Reports
Accardo Engineering PLLC prepares Condition Survey Reports for commercial and residential clients. The reports provide details regarding each of the building’s systems and components as well as approximate life cycle costs.
Leak Investigations
Accardo Engineering PLLC provides leak investigation services for commercial and residential clients. We perform detailed analysis, and monitor water testing and other forms of testing. We also prepare specifications and drawings for the repair of structures in order to address leakage.
Construction Phase Services
Accardo Engineering PLLC provides Construction Phase Services during construction projects of all types including but not limited to: façade restoration, façade repair, roofing and flashing replacement, garage repair, structural modifications, sidewalk vault replacement, etc.
Renovation Reviews
Accardo Engineering PLLC reviews renovations of all types at both residential and commercial buildings. We review drawings and documents prepared by the client or the client’s tenant and perform reviews based on specific building requirements.
